Project GREAT 2013

Here we are, to serve you!

Six months for the final of the project (officially), GREAT offers the Train-the-Trainers course (http://elearning.projectgreat.eu/). Awareness on the use of games in organizational learning context is our intention for you!

The course methodology is resource based on use of web games (existing) to bring freshness to the concepts and stereotype training.

GREAT aims to provide methodology and guidelines for using Game-Based Learning in education and training Purpose: At the end of the course the participant should be able to plan a training offer according to a supplied GREAT referenced guide, by selecting a commercial fun game (web-based), to develop specific skills in a group of trainees previously known. (Focus is project management competencies)

Organized in three ''eLearning '' (Moodle and Wimba based) Modules with a flexible extension (two weeks, common base):

MOD1 - Get Acquainted on GBL issues

MOD2 - Get Critical Thinking on Usage of Games in Training

MOD3 - Able to Transfer for a project management competencies development context/situation

It is served by a PTeam of trainers at distance and at European level

Train-the-Trainers is supported on the partnership countries by local trainers/teachers as it is recommended to have a 1/2 day for acquaintance and enrollment on the process at the beginning and a 1 day for reflection and skills transfer at the end of the course, in classroom.

Seminars and workshops for 1/2 or 1 day are also available and can be supplied by the partnership locally or at distance. See evidence:
